CARING INSTRUCTIONS FOR OUR JEWELRY

CARING INSTRUCTIONS FOR OUR JEWELRY
To prolong the life of your jewelry, it is essential to provide proper and regular care. Here are some fundamental guidelines to help you maintain the longevity of your precious and beautiful pieces:
Avoid wearing rings and other jewelry while engaging in home and garden work, exercising, or bathing in salt or chlorine water.
Remove jewelry before going to bed or taking a shower.
Apply perfume, hairspray, or other cosmetics before putting on your jewelry, as these substances can dull its appearance.
Ensure that pearls do not come into contact with perfume, makeup, or hairspray, as the surface of pearls can be damaged by alcohol or solvents.
Store pearls separately from other jewelry, ideally in a cloth bag or wrapped in a soft cloth to prevent scratching.
Cleaning:
To remove soap, cream, and makeup residues, use an ultrasonic device filled with water and a small amount of neutral cleaning agent. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents.
Use a jewelry cleaning cloth to polish slightly tarnished areas and restore the jewelry's shine.
If the discoloration and dullness persist, consider using a jewelry bath solution.
Avoid cleaning oxidized jewelry in the jewelry bath if you want to maintain the blackened effect. Instead, use a cleaning cloth to polish the surface.
Jewelry containing freshwater cultured pearls, lapis lazuli, turquoise, should not be cleaned in a jewelry bath.
By following these guidelines, you can effectively care for your jewelry and extend its lifespan.
